By using RateGenius, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

RateGenius provides AI-powered freelance rate analysis and recommendations. Our recommendations are based on market data and AI analysis and should be used as guidance, not as guaranteed market rates. Actual rates may vary based on many factors not captured in our analysis.

3. Subscription and Billing

The Pro subscription is billed at $29/month. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Free Tier

Free accounts include one rate analysis. Additional analyses require a Pro subscription.

5. Disclaimer

Rate recommendations are provided "as is" without warranty. RateGenius is not responsible for business decisions made based on our recommendations. Market conditions change and actual rates depend on numerous individual factors.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
