This information is used solely to generate your personalized rate analysis.

Your data is used to: (a) provide the rate analysis service, (b) manage your account and subscription, and (c) improve our service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your information is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL with row-level security) and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), OpenAI (AI analysis), and Vercel (hosting). Each service has its own privacy policy governing data handling.

5. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time from the Settings page. You can also request a full data export or account deletion by contacting us.
